Company headquarters in Uster
At our offices in Uster (ZH), we employ circa 55 motivated staff members who work in our purchasing, IT, photography, human resource, accounting, marketing and customer service departments.
The latter is our largest department with 26 employees because we put an emphasis on professional customer service with direct customer contact.
Our representatives competently handle your email or phone inquiries and gladly share their broad knowledge.
Warehouse and shipping partner in Frauenfeld
Our warehouse and shipping partner is located in Frauenfeld (TG).
Like Anderegg Handel GmbH, we also work closely together with the Murghof workshops.
They manage the warehouse as well as the packaging of all qbendo orders.
As a sheltered workshop, Murghof offers employment to individuals with psychological impairments.
With this partnership, qbendo supports the social and professional integration of people facing a lack of employment opportunities in the regular job market.
Our products are carefully stored, picked and packed. The content of each package is checked twice, which is the reason for our very low rate of wrong deliveries. Thanks to the successful long-term cooperation with the Murghof workshops, it goes without saying, that we will continue to rely on them as our strong partner in the future.
