How do reusable cable ties work?

The interaction between closure and serration plays a role when it comes to reusable zip ties. Our reusable cable ties feature an inside serration and a closure with a small lever. When the cable tie is tightened, the lever clicks into the serration. This lever must be released to undo the cable tie.

How do you release a reusable cable tie?

You can undo the reclosable cable ties in our assortment in just a few steps and without any additional tools. Release the fastener by pressing down on the small lever on the head of the cable tie and pulling the strap out.

Our tip: When you install reusable cable ties, you will be able to adjust the diameter size should the number of cables within the bundle change at a later date.
