Minimum order value at qbendo - FAQ

At qbendo, even the smallest orders are carefully packaged by hand at a protected workshop. For this reason, orders with a value of less than 20 Swiss francs (plus shipping costs) end up being a loss for us. All orders are treated the same and are shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this service comes at a price.

True costs

We could finance the losses from small orders through customers with larger orders, but we don't want to do that. We, here at qbendo, believe it's more honest to treat all our customers equally and accept only orders that cover our actual costs.

Transparency

During the ordering process, we clearly state the minimum order value. Use the option in the shopping cart to increase the order quantity with just one click to reach the minimum order value. You can never have enough cable ties.
